The method of remuneration of our firm may depend on the type of mission for which you have called on our services.

In the case of a so-called non-independent CIF advise within the meaning of article 325-5 of the RGAMF, or of an act of intermediation, of a savings or investment solution, the adviser will be remunerated by a fraction of the costs initially levied by the promoter of the product and / or the intercalated intermediates. Our firm's policy is never to apply entry fees to the solutions offered when possible.
In the case of non-independent financial investment advice, your advisor may retain the commissions. In this context, the advisor evaluates a limited range of financial instruments issued by an entity with which the advisor maintains close relations which may take the form of capital, economic or contractual links.
Depending on the missions offered, the advisor may also invoice fees according to a scale
flat rate specific to each mission, or at an hourly rate of 200 € HT (240 € TTC). The quote will be entered in the
engagement letter or in an estimate prior to the assignment and signed.
Example of an assignment that may give rise to a flat-rate pricing: Setting up a life insurance policy in
Luxembourg associated with an Internal Dedicated Fund (IDF) or a Specialised Insurance Fund (SIF): flat rate of € 3,000 excluding tax corresponding to fifteen chargeable hours of work. Please note that services related to life insurance are not subject to VAT (General Tax Code, article 261 C). In this case, our firm does not charge entry fees on the payments within the policy.
As part of customer support, more precise information will be provided later on demand once the recommendations retained by the Customer are known. Invoicing will only occur once the implementation of the solutions has been finalised, and no payment will be due if the customer is not satisfied with the service provided.
